At Haus of Interiors, our commitment is to provide you with exceptional products and service. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we want to ensure this process is as easy and convenient for you while maintaining fairness to all parties involved.

Inspect Your Purchase

When your order arrives, please take a moment to inspect each item carefully. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  • Damaged Packaging: If the exterior packaging appears damaged upon arrival, please document the damage by taking clear photographs. Handle the package with care to prevent further damage.
  • Damaged Product: If the light or any other product inside the package appears damaged, regardless of the condition of the packaging, document the damage by taking clear photographs of the affected areas. Do not install the light and contact us immediately.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective products, we are here to assist you promptly. Please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order via email at help@hausofinteriors.com. We will arrange a replacement of the item at no cost to you.

Return Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you experience any issues with your product or are otherwise dissatisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. Most items bought through our online store qualify for a return within this 14-day period. Please be aware that clearance items, parts, outdoor products, select made-to-order products, and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. Returns submitted without an authorized number will not be accepted. Ensure that the items you wish to return are in their original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale, and have not been installed. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the returned item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, the customer may be charged for the repair and/or replacement of the product. For this reason, we strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes insurance and tracking when sending back your items. Returns must be received by us within 15 calendar days from the issuance of the return authorization; otherwise, no refund will be issued.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
